Welcome to another episode of Deep Cut! This week we’re discussing the legendary “godmother of the French New Wave” herself, Agnès Varda, and two of her films: Cléo from 5 to 7 (1962) and One Sings, the Other Doesn't (1977).
SPOILER WARNING for both films, but you should really go see these classics if you haven’t!
Varda passed away recently in 2019 and we miss her presence dearly… but at least her incredible films will live on forever.
